I heard it's right next to PaulB's office at 1 Quack Road, Neverland. If you are new to the area then turn left past Jim's "Youth Centre" - the one where he gained 17 years of "experience". It's then a short way down the street just past the Church of the Anti-Jew (beware: they have a very casual and oft-blasphemous damning to Hell policy there - so watch yourself).
