On the bottom of my penis, where the cut was made, there is like soft bumps. Around the cut, it is not a smoth line, but with soft bumps. Its like little bumps along the scar line that never went down. The doctro said it would smooth out over time...its been 2 years and still not gone down. Even my other doctor said it look like someone just took a scissor and cut. I dont know where to go and get a second opionon.
