Well, it's tough to suggest anything and it's really sad they did such a bad job. You could, yes, go to whatever other doctor and have it sorted, but that has risks (well, just as the first one had): you could get complications, maybe you wouldn't but would need to wait again to heal up and it still wouldn't look like what you wanted, or, you'd get lucky and get what you wanted. It costs too.
To sue the first doctor, that costs a lot too, just as Jim mentioned. I doubt I could add anything to that part of it.Out of mere curiosity, I'll ask too why you 'just wanted to have it done'.
Other than that, I can only wish good luck on whichever path you wish to follow.
