If you don't know who did "this", look in the mirror. Obviously you received bad advice, but the truth is that YOU did it, just as I "did it" to myself, lo these many years ago on equally bad advice. The truth may hurt, but we must take responsibility for our own actions. I mean, really...you ask a Doctor to cut your skin and there will be a scar. Sue if you will, but I presume that you signed a consent form, and I'll bet that it said nothing about not having a scar...or bumps. With all of the information regarding the dangers of circumcision available online...I cannot imagine any judge or jury absolving you from responsibility for your own mutilation.

As Jim suggested, your best bet is to restore. But if you prefer the results, you are going to have to take your lumps and live with the scar.

PS: If you do wish a recirc, I could put you in touch with an online friend...he had six until he finally got what he wanted. He could probably suggest his final urologist and save you four. Game?
