Why? If, albeit tight, the foreskin does at least retract over the head, why would doing so perhaps more forcibly tear it?
The only part that would seem susceptible to thrusting in too hard and thereby pulling the foreskin "too far", would appear to be the fraenulum. If that is what you feel, then yes, that is a possibility.
Of course, if it were that tight a squeeze (exciting thought in many ways!) that you can pull the foreskin forcibly back by thrusting, then the young lady would be inadequately lubricated and it would be hurting her as well, which is not how you are supposed to do it.

And that may be right. With a condom on, even with no artificial lubrication, it keeps your own "pre-cum" lubrication inside and so the lubricated ability to "slide" is enforced. However, the above possibility of inadequate lubrication on the part of the lady, is the common failure mode by which the condom is "caught" near the tip so that a thrust tears through it.
Of course, we would hope and indeed presume that being intact and thus properly sensitive, you would feel less urge to thrust in this fashion which, contrary to almost all that one might "learn" from porn, is not by any means pleasant to the ladies either.
