It's a pleasure to find men like you from the UK who obviously have their "head" on straight. But please be advised that there are Doctors in the UK who specialize in circ. Go to almost any pro-circ site (there must be two or three) and ask...and in no time you'll get a half-dozen responses giving name, address and phone number of the favorites with comments on the type of welcome you'll expect in their offices.
And good luck on making (or approaching) "perfection". Sometimes just turning one's hand 180 degrees makes an enormous difference.

Plus, at the slightest mention of circumcision the current stance of most British doctors is 'Not unless absolutely necessary (ie the foreskin is causing infection or not allowing urination)'. When I mentioned the idea of circumcision to the specialist, he said 'It's not something we do for cosmetic reasons. Unless the tightness of the foreskin is leading to physical or psychological problems, it's not a good idea'.
