Set an appointment with a dermatologist who can successfully treat it with steroids. Cutting it off is not any longer considered proper treatment. I'm in a bit of a hurry right now, but when I get time tomorrow, I'll get you some references.
Meanwhile, tell the guy to take a hike and save your skin. You'll live just fine till we can get this sorted out.
