I'm in a wheel chair and have limited mobility, your right in what you say though,I have started watching my diet again, simply cannot go on the way I have been.I did start losing weight but threw a bit of a wobbly after deaths in the family. I have a mini trampoline loved using it and it does help keep the weight down.

NI means Northern Ireland, but I left out the full stops.
