Be in no hurry whatsoever, and enjoy it. It is the gift of virginity, and it may not last unless she is sufficiently intelligent to exercise it. Certainly, it rarely survives having a child (by the normal means).

Seriously - it is a benefit, not a problem. It means you take things very slowly, very carefully indeed, but is also very pleasurable. You don't need, in case you have been watching pornographic nonsense or something, to thrust fast or hard to have intercourse, the lady doesn't need it either, and if she is that tight, you will get more than enough excitation going really, really slow.

As we always say regarding lubrication - it helps immensely if you have an intact foreskin. And I'm not sure of your comment about "using sufficient lubrication" - you probably shouldn't be using any at all, because it hides an essential point about mutual lovemaking. If she is ready for penetration, she will automatically be wet and slippery - very wet - wet pants, or your hand will be wet from holding her (there).

If she's not wet by herself, she is not ready and it will be "too" tight.
