I guess there is no harm to try this. My concern is that the bit that is torn does not heal 100%. This is where it keeps tearing, so I am not sure if stretching it will stop this "weak" part of the frenulum from tearing. What are your thoughts?
>You tore the frenulum by putting too much tension on it while the foreskin was retracted. To avoid doing this again, you must lengthen the frenulum through skin expansion by stretching it. The easiest way to do this is to grasp the end of the skin on the bottom side and pull it out away from your body. Hold it there for several minutes, several minutes each day. Since you already have your penis out when you pee, take this opportunity to do your stretching at this time. A friend of mine was able to accomplish his goal in only two months. Time will vary depending upon how much you need to stretch and your persistance in doing the exercise. Take care not to apply too much tension. If anything starts to hurt, back off a little.
