Mike, you need to lay off sex for a while in spite of your statement, "Oh and no, I aint gonna abstain from sex." Regardless of whether you chose to stretch it out or get it cut, it needs some time to heal. If you were to get it cut, do you really think you'd be pounding away that night?
Let it heal up and the go for the stretching. Because you are stretching opposite to how it is stretched during sex, it should be easier on the tissue. Just ease up if anything becomes quite painful. You'll figure out its limits.
