This description is a little different from the first. You describe that it tears each time you have vigorous sex. What about masturbation? I presume it doesn't tear then. Which would then suggest that you simply need to ensure more lubrication during sex, by either of two means. One is to use an artificial lubricant - from the shop, whilst the other is to take it easier and make sure the young lady is ready for you - and thus sopping wet, when you have sex with her - and make sure that she remains that way throughout. If you cannot discern the latter method, then the artificial lubricant is for you!

Well, obviously it will, given that you can stretch and avoid tearing, so you have to ensure you do not tear it along the way, which means - take it easy! Easy enough, whatever that may be, not to tear whilst it stretches.

Having said that, it seems that this tearing is not slowing you down that much anyway, in direct and particularly accurate comparison to a young lady whose hymen keeps getting torn having sex. Just as with that situation, you can pretty much choose to ignore it - in fact, one option is simply to have sex more often, so that the fraenulum is "torn" by the amount necessary to accommodate the motion of the foreskin, each and every time you do have sex, until it heals over with the extra length.

This equates to having a fraenuloplasty, but only enough to make the fraenulum just fit - which is exactly what you want after all!

Curious variation on the idea? I suspect you are presently abstaining from sex only just long enough on each occasion to allow the tear to "heal" - in the "short" position, then tearing it again. It may be better if the pain is not a great concern (I suspect it isn't!) to simply find some pads to use after sex to deal with any spotting (again, just like the ladies do), and don't be put off. In general, the body will heal where and as it needs to - the mouth is an excellent example as you should already know.
