Stretching of the frenulum is very dubious as to what results you can reasonably expect to get or even achieve. Sure, the anti-circ crowd will tell you anything so that you don't offend their values by going the surgical solution. Realistically you are certainly at risk of getting into the rip and tear cycle. I'd be inclined to speak to your doctor or a specialist prior to risking getting into that cycle and see if he can give you any other suggestions. He may be able to presribe a cream or such. At the very least you will be able to speak to an actual doctor (a real one - not an armchair one like here) and can discuss the pros and cons of stretching the frenulum with him.

Sorry this is not a very positive post.

All the best.
