Mike, I think you can clearly see that there is a bit of work ahead of you, and that you're smart enough to figure things out. Go back and read the questions from guys just like you, and then read the results they're getting from following advice to take the non-invasive and safe route. When you avoid surgery, you also avoid all risks and complications which include things like poor results, infections, loss of sensitivity, and sometimes, death.
