All you could compare is life with a long foreskin against life with a shorter foreskin.
(And yes, for me, sex with a short foreskin is infinitely better than with a long one, but i cannot really say that my personal experience can lead me to make conclusions about fully circumcised males. Although we have many things in common with fully cut males, masturbation is one area where we still have differences since our skin can still move up over the head during erection.
