Yes Bill, it is worse than rape, for in this case, the victim is an infant, not a grown woman. An infant has no psychological defense mechanism to deal with the attack. At least the woman MAY have a fighting chance of dealing with the mental anguish. The baby doesn't even understand what happened, let alone trying to deal with it. His only choice is to suppress it. With societies gender rules of behavior, the male victime are taught to deny their feelings, so it is indeed the exception who eventually is able to come to grips with his loss.
