If it were not for the specialists in medicine, how would we have learned of skin expansion techiniques? As all rational and mentally balanced people know and accept, skin expansion is used routinely in the treatment of burn victims.

More recently Jews in Germany employed the techniques in order to attempt disguise of their identity from that madman who would have killed them.
