I don't know where he's getting his terminology "filed down bottle tops" but he is so far off it isn't funny.
For the relief of tight foreskins, it was suggested at one time by me and Dr Paul that the suject try using a dilating device. Stoppers which are used for wine bottles and soda bottles are perfectly shaped to adapt to such usage. They are quite different from bottle tops which have quite jagged edges on them. What is suggested to be filed down is either 35mm film cans or plastic pill bottles which pharmacies use. The filing is necessary once the bottom has been cut out of them. Anyone with half a brain understands there would be no danger from such use if it is monitored as directed. Even physicians prescribing home therapy have no control over the actions of the patient at home. All they can do is prescribe and hope for the best.
The use of such gadgets is common among retorers who are implementing the same process of skin expansion to grow new skin. I personally know of no casualties among the 20,000 plus men who have used restoration techniques. Any possible damage would be temporary at worst, and would easily and rapidly heal, bringing the subject back to read the directions and follow them the next time.
