Que??? Pro primo, why would your average phimosis be inflamed?

Pro secundo, the results of "stretching" are not temporary. Glider and myself are pretty good examples of that, among with the several thousand (several ten thousand?) people who have restored coverage of the glans. If "stretching" was temporary, they would only be able to stretch the skin forward and upon release it would go back to the previous state. This is not the case, as we know.
