You omitted to mention any pain or discomfort when you ejaculate, or anything odd about the semen, so I'll assume that you are ejaculating normally and it is not in any way uncomfortable. Infection is not too likely in this case, and in the absence of a discharge, will be virtually impossible to detect anyway.

I think we shall have to presume it is in effect, bruised. This sometimes lasts a fair while but should gradually get better. Hang in there!

The principal risk of a "broken" penis is forcefully bending it. I doubt any "twisting" she might do simply by moving about will do great harm, though she may well have somehow bruised it.
