Ralesk has picked you easily on this one. You are not a graduate of a medical course.

The same is demonstrated here - you know nothing of surgical techniques.

Then it's just as well no-one would ever ask you. They'd surely ask someone who knows instead.
Skin expansion (yes, fraenulum is definitely skin) is an eminently well-researched field, but skin stretching is something on which every surgeon depends - and always has. Your suggestion is about as meaningful (and as dangerous) as "researching" whether a brand-new scalpel (blade) will cut skin.

And a good thing too, as you have demonstrated you have neither medical qualification, nor expertise. If you had, you would know far better than to parrot "AJ".
