Dermoplast

I purchased a first-aid anaesthetic for cuts & scrapes called Dermoplast. It has numbing properties and is even useful on the face (except eyes). It contains agents that calm itching, burning, and cracking. I wonder if I can spray some on my hypersensitive glans to relieve the painful iirritation since my partial circumcision. Any suggestions?
