Michael, the methods are all proven as well as common sense. Since you can already retract while flaccid, you should be able to grasp the opening with both hands and pull the lips apart to stretch the opening. If not, then all you can do for starters, is to pull the skin out away from your body. In either case, once or twice a day, hold the stretch for five to ten minutes. Don't pull so hard that anything hurts. In between exercises, after peeing, move the skin. Pull it back to the limit and hold it, then pull it out and hold it. Allow as much time as you can while you have privacy.

We still haven't determined why you have acquire this problem when you seemed to alright previously. Often, yeast is the culprit. On the other forum, I hinted at this and really need your input as to what could have caused it.

Have you had a regimen of antibiotics about the time of the onset of the problem? Do you consume lots of beer or sodas? Any itching or unusual redness?
