Streching the foreskin

until i was told in secondary school i should pull be able back my foreskin i had never tried. When i tried to pull back my foresin it was slightly tight. I can pull my foreskin back while it is erect but it is slightly painful. If i continue to pull back my foreskin will it continue to strech. Will i then beable to pull it back easily?
