I think 3 weeks is a good time though.For a light phimosis, 3-4 weeks is a usual treatment time, if one works on it more than one time a day. For "more serious cases" of phimosis, it can well be two months, but then I still wonder what this fellow had been doing. He doesn't describe it well enough.
