balanitis

is it normal to have balanitis every 6 to 8 week. i do have a long foreskin a can pull a the way back all the foreskin sit under the head of the penis. and could it be phimotic ring. my balanitis on my foreskin is red sollen but it goes away in a few days and leaves my foreskin a little tighter at the tip of the foreskin
