Physicians who write most of the things that you read in site like male initiation ordinarily have monitary gain in mind. They cut, they prosper. In cases where they have no direct involvement in monetary gain, it is simply ignorance on their part, not always though any fault of their own. Little time is spent in medical schools studying some parts of the body. The foreskin happens to be one of those parts. Unless the doctor pursues a study on his own, he is guaranteed to be much more ignorant of the subject than many members of this forum. He has been taught to cut it off, and that's all he knows. It keeps the family in good financial shape not to know differently.

On the other hand, there are many members here who have spent a great deal of time trying to undercover the mystery of why some people consider the foreskin to be a birth defect which needs to be removed. Such studies have revealed exactly the opposite, that the foreskin is a necessary and useful part of the body as a whole, and that its removal causes great loss to the patient.

It appears that you are in a quandry as to which side to believe, is that right? The answer is very simple to determine if you are truly wanting the truth Fred. If you are willing to make an honest effort in solving your problem yourself instead of offering up your body as a sacrifice to the Lexus God, you can have your problem solved without trauma and without complications in a matter of a few short weeks. The alternative is highly risky, and you know it Fred. People can have serious complications from the simplest procedures, but you don't need to subject yourself to that risk.

What is it you need to know to get started?
