It seems to me that women rhapsodize about Latin lovers - 'ooh, so sensuous!' And as for Jewish lovers - 'oy, at least he's a good provider.' All stereotypes have their exceptions, but they usually have roots as well - could the lack of circumcision in all those Latin lovers be at the root of this one?
