While my Jewish friends would probably disagree with you, one of their ancient rabbis, Moses Maimodes, wrote at length that the removal of the foreskin was done for the very reason of weakening the penis so that the man's focus would be moved from sex to other areas of life. Next time I see my buddy Abraham, I'll ask him about it. I'm sure he'll get a good laugh out of it. On the other hand, I already know what Caesar (the Latin) will say. :-)
