Hyper Sensitive Glans! Any solutions?

I'm 23 years olf from the UK, and have seriously sensitive glans. I also am not able to retract the foreskin fully back, although stetching techniques are working wonders, so I'm mot to bothered about that! It's just that I can't touch the head of the penis when exposed at all! The site suggests pulling the foreskin back when in bed, thus exposing the head to air for a long period of time. This is simply impossible for me, as when I touch the head, I get the most sharp parinful sensation.
If ANYONE can suggest a solution to this I would be very grateful for your help.
