Hydrocortisone is commonly used on this area, but where it is used as treatment for a rash, should generally be used with an antifungal, (it's quite ironic indeed for me say that, considering the last "work" task I attended to today ;-) as it would make fungal infections worse, as would Betamethasone. But as long as you do not have a rash or irritation, then that does not matter.

Comparing that with the link, it sounds like you have it figured very well!

Then you are doing far more than those who do nothing. Within a certain range, the more you do, the faster you achieve. As long as you are doing the minimum, it should improve eventually. More effort - measured in how often and how long you stretch, rather than using excessive force - will generally give faster results. And it is for this reason that we are reluctant to estimate how fast you will get results (as well as, needless to say, variations in personal situation).
