I had a partial circumision last year because I had a tight foreskin and stretching wasn't successful. It took about 30 - 40 minutes from beginning to end. That includes all the injections etc. However, if you are put under for the surgery then I have no idea how long it takes, but would assume that there isn't too much difference. You do have to wait longer (sometimes overnight) before you can go home, if you have a general anesthetic thoguh.
