Hypersensitive Glans !!!???!!!

Any more advice on how to stop my glans from being hypersensitive, and unbarable to touch. I am trying the technique of just exposing it to fresh air, but want to know if there is anything else! How long does this process take? Days, weeks, months, years etc? When can I have my first BJ? Ha ha Any advice would be a great help.
