Rich: Your glans is an internal organ and it is meant to be "touched" by the moist internal mucosa of the female vagina or by the inner walls of your foreskin. If it is your desire to touch it while it is exposed to the air, you will of necessity need artifical lubrication of some kind to simulate natural conditions. Have you tried any?
