Virgin with Phimosis

HI. I am 18 year old virgin. I tried masturbation for the first time not long ago but i seem to be suffering from premature ejaculation. I can get an erection, then after stroking my penis for about 5 minutes or so it starts to feel good but within seconds i orgasm. I got the courage to go see a doctor. Upon examination he told me that i have very tight foresking and its called a a phimosis. I had never heard of this before. I am unable to pull my foreskin back exposing my glands and i have never seen them. He has suggested i see a urologist to discuss a circumcsion. He also thinks that the phimosis may be aggravating my premature ejaculation. Any info or help would be appreciated. thank you
