Rich, it doesn't matter if you are gay, straight, bi, or neuter. The glans is designed to interact inside a woman's vagina...it's called the survival of the species, reproduction, "sex", and all without which you and me wouldn't be here.
Duplicate the sensation with artifical lube...or ... go without masturbation with your glans exposed?So...who are these blokes touching their glans all the time...circumcised or intact blokes? IF they are intact, you must assume that their prepuce has been retractable for long enough time to permit a certain amount of "touch" without flinching. You, on the other hand, have a "virgin" glans. Having been protected by the prepuce, it is super sensitive. Time and use will gradually ease this problem. Until then, and while you ARE super sensitive, you will want to duplicate with lubricants the natural lubrication found in the vagina. So...go to a pharmacy and purchase a tube of lubrication...KY, WET, house brand or whatever you can find. Put a generous dab on your glans and some on your hand, too, and try it...slowly and gently at first. Don't rush it, as your bloke friends may be wont to do...and then report back to us. Oh, you might try some vegetable oil from the kitchen,,,,but that can get rather messy. Some guys like to use "Albolene"...which is a time honored makeup remover. Perhaps your pharmacy stocks it. It is rather greasy, and shouldn't be used with a condom, but some guys swear by it for masturbation.
By the way, had you been circumcised you would need these lubricants always...sex is almost impossible without it for "cut" guys. And, generally, anal sex is difficult without lube, intact or not, so I hear.
