Many thanks for your e-mail. I fear that you may have got my problem slightly confused. I am trying to solve the problem of not being able to touch the glans PERIOD. The symptoms are evident 24 hours a day, and not specifically when aroused. When I pull the foreskin back and touch the exposed glans, I get a very hot and sharp PAIN. I do not think that the connection of pain and pleasuer are closely related in this situation. If this is a form of pleasure, then I would rather do without.

Being a gay man, I have seen men touch their penis glans many times without even flintching, and this for me is an impossibility. For example, the thought of me receiving a blow job is pretty distant.

I am trying to masturabte with lots of lubrication, and for the first time last night I did. This was not nearly as painful as I anticipated, and wonder if I continue with this gentle approach, that the problem will solve itself.

Any more thoughts and advice would be great.
