Of what!? I have never had any problem with phimosis, adhesions, paraphimosis, or any other form of tightness and I truly doubt I could get 4 fingers in the end of my foreskin. Unless your glans is as big as your wrist, why would you want to? Well, to each his own, so long as you are not hurting anyone else, but it sounds as you may have become a bit fixated on stretching itself.
