Thank you so much for all that info. you know your stuff!
i have seen a a urologist who has given me a steroid cream/ointment. he has suggest i try loosen up the foreskin by pulling it back and applying the cream two times a day. i am to the the urologist again in two months. hopeuflly this works otherwise he might suggest i get a circumcision, but i would really like to avoid that situation.
once again thank u.

>Hi Tom
>You could think about trying to loosen your foreskin. With use – and it sounds as if you’ve just started to use it – you might find it progressively loosens up. With the practice this would involve, you’d probably learn ways of controlling ejaculation too.
>The following links might be worth a look:
>A medical article by a French doctor called Michel Beaugé,
>A program which should loosen up a tight foreskin, and,
>A program which should loosen up a tight frenulum.
>The main treatments recommended for phimosis are:
>Progressive Stretching
>Beaugé’s article suggests regular masturbation and simple manual stretching are usually effective. Most people wouldn’t exactly think of this as a medical treatment - doctors included, which could be why this approach isn’t perhaps as widely known as it should be.
>Exercise programs for stretching the foreskin are similar to any other regimen of stretching exercise, and work in much the same way. If you worked regularly at being able to touch your toes, then pretty soon you’d be able to touch them.
>A foreskin that has been successfully loosened through exercise will retract easily, and will roll freely when the penis is erect. Beaugé implies that most men who have easy-rolling foreskins achieved this - often during adolescence or early adulthood - through regular masturbation without necessarily realising they were doing anything useful.
>Stretching Assisted by Ointment
>Betamethasone, a steroid ointment available on prescription, makes it easier to stretch the skin. The ointment, plus regular stretching, is reported to be successful. Results should be achieved more quickly than through manual stretching alone.
>Preputioplasty
>The diameter of the foreskin is increased by making a series of incisions. The foreskin and its sleeve-like form are preserved. Foreskin sensation seems to be preserved too. After a successful preputioplasty, the foreskin should work pretty much exactly as it would had it been progressively stretched.
>Dorsal Slit
>The foreskin is slit, so that it is now like the cuff on a shirt. Sensation is preserved, but the foreskin’s form and dynamic will have been slightly altered. After a successful dorsal slit, the foreskin should be easily retractable whether the penis is flaccid or erect.
>Circumcision
>The foreskin is amputated. The erogenous nerves it contains are lost and the dynamic of the penis radically altered. This isn’t usually sexually disastrous, though many think the result must inevitably be sub-optimal.
>Why an Easy Rolling Foreskin is a Good Thing
>When the foreskin is in its forward position, it forms a double-layered sleeve over the glans. When a well-exercised example is retracted, it pulls back beyond the glans and stretches almost flat, forming a single layer over the shaft of the penis. Skin that starts out nearest the tip of the erect penis will often roll almost to the base.
>A well-exercised foreskin is like a skin of lubricant that has been pre-applied. It rolls easily on the shaft, allowing penetration with a minimum of friction.
>But this particular skin of lubricant is far better than any artificial sort. It is supplied with a huge number of erogenous nerve endings. During erection, powerfully erotic sensations are generated when the skin moves. Rolling the skin - and stretching it - triggers these sensations. The most powerfully satisfying erotic sensations are generated when the foreskin is stretched back as far as it goes. This corresponds to the point of maximum penetration.
>Although the foreskin contains a huge number of erogenous nerve endings, there are plenty of erogenous nerve endings in the body of the penis too. There are pressure and stretch receptors in the erectile tissues of shaft - which is why having an erection often feels good, even if you aren’t doing anything with it - and there are pressure receptors in the glans and at the root. These additional receptors explain why circumcision is possible in humans, even though in some other animals it completely destroys sexual capacity. A rough musical analogy might be that in humans, circumcision removes everything except the bass. Fortunately, bass is plenty good enough, though it seems a pity to silence all the other tracks.
>My hunch is that at moment you’re hearing mainly bass. Almost as soon as you get into the beat – bam, it’s over. You’d almost certainly be able to master this. Though if you worked at loosening up your foreskin, you’d be able to get into melody too. The sensation supplied by a freely moving foreskin would become available to you, and you’d find sexual pleasure extends much further than ejaculation.
>Good luck.
