Yes. Concepts that make no sense whatsoever. You should be very cautious of those.

Here's one! Stretching it too far eh? Riiii-ght! Tell me, what other part of the body have you ever "stretched too far" by using it? The only problem with your foreskin is that it was stretched not far enough by simply - pulling on it - in the past. So you stretch it. That's it. For how long? Eeeaa-sy! You stretch it until it does what you want.
Do you mean: Stretching it too hard? That would be when it hurts, wouldn't it? So - don't hurt it.

So, when have you developed scar tissue from stretching any other part of your body? Like hamstring stretches when you "warm up" to exercises (a contentious subject, incidentally ;-) ?
Think hard - you scar when you cut yourself, or perhaps get an abscess. What else do you know causes scarring?
