Foreskin Adhesions to Gland (age 20)

Hi, i currently have adhesions between the forekin and the right side of my gland. it is not painful and does not cause any problems with ejaculation etc.

It is however cause self consciencnes and would like to fix this, what are my options? currently i have been recommended to try Vitamin E first. which i am doing. if this doesnt work what should i consider? has anyone else had this problem? i am age 20, the left side of the gland is mostly free except for some small adhesions.
