Val, I'm sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner, as I was in New York City for a week and decided to have a vacation away from this forum for a while.
The other forum is designed to help those who don't wish to get involved with the childish antics of intruders. It isn't busy because I won't put up with crap over there. It's all business and will remain all business. If this arena works for you, good, let's get it done right here.
The soreness is simply a result of stretching too hard. Backing off for a short while allows full healing after which you may resume gentle daily stretching.
