As an answer to: Re: Severe Pain in Penis (Urethra) written by Ivan at 26 Nov 2002 16:16:59:
A quick web search turned up the following: Pantodac is often prescribed as an anti-ulcerant, while Wysolone (Prednisolone) is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory effects that can also modify immune response.
There’s quite a bit on the web about IC:
National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearing House
Interstitial Cystitis Association: Oral Medication
As Ivan and PaulB say, sounds like it would be a good idea to back to the urologist who procscribed Pantodac and Wysolone.
