Humble, I know it's embarrassing going to your doctor with a problem like this, but unless your in Mexico (I think there's a couple of other countries that do it over counter too) then you will have to pay him a visit to get a prescription. It probably doesn't help too much, but doctors see people private parts all the time and their only interests is what is best for you. Sadly, stretching doesn't work for everyone, but the chances are improved somewhat if you use cream etc.
