It couldn’t be simpler. Simply grab the end of your foreskin with both hands (finger and thumbs) and pull the foreskin forward, instead of back; hold it there for a few minutes and repeat. Doing this exercise will increase the length of the foreskin.
The second exercise; you must try widening the gap (where you can see the pee hole). Try using two fingers and getting inside the foreskin and stretching outward. There is a piece of tough skin in there called the phimotic ring which needs to be widened. When you can get two fingers in, try a third.
These exercises must be done daily and it is recommended a few times a day. Good places to do this are in the shower and bath. Stretch for 10 minutes at a time. You should start to see improvement after just a few weeks.
Also, when you use the toilet, try retracting the foreskin a little; thus getting it used to being stretched more and more, eventually it will get the idea and co-operate.
When you can retract when flaccid, you will probably find your penis head very sensitive. By just retracting the foreskin regular, it will slowly become normal. I hope this has helped, as I was in the same situation as you, but thanks to these simple techniques I am now almost fully ‘cured’.
