Masturbation scars?

I discovered I had this condition about 8 months ago, I always thought I had a normal penis. I started masturbating when I was about 13/14 years old, but I was doing it differently to everyone else. I used my thumb and two fingers and moved the top of my foreskin up and down, without revealing any of the tip of the penis. After a while I started to get black marks on my foreskin and I didn't know why, I thought it was just caused by an allergy or it was just normal.
But now I know they were caused by masturbating incorrectly, have they became scars? I am now starting the stretching techniques and not masturbating the way I used to. Will these marks always be there and has anyone else got them?
