Good results only to be expected from diligence.

No need. However - it worked!

I for one, do not recommend the 0.05% over the 0.1%, nor really, does anyone else that I have seen. Because the effect the strong fluorinated steroid has in thinning and weakening the skin - which is the exact effect you want for stretching your foreskin - is in almost all other circumstances undesirable, the NHS in the UK and Australia deliberately lists the weaker (0.05%) preparation in preference, and so this is used more often. That is why you see it recommended.

And I have to say, if you could dilute it with water, you probably used too much anyway, unless you mean to say that you diluted a small part of the tube and kept it in a container to last for the whole course of treatment.

Am I to presume that you are still urinating with the foreskin forward? It is most certainly commented that dilatation of the foreskin means that it does not direct the urinary stream as "tightly" as before, when it was a snug fit and extended well forward of the glans. The simple solution however is to retract your foreskin when you pee and Voila! - it fires straight.

If it should not fire straight with the foreskin retracted, it is because the labia (sides of the meatus) are stuck somewhere, or else because your fraenulum is still a little tight and pulling them downward when you retract.

In which case, you do need to do some experimentation in the shower.
