Well, you're not supposed to do that, your foreskin is there to protect the glans from unwanted rubbing, then why on Earth do you feel the need that now that you can pull the foreskin back, you /need/ to have it pulled back all the time, even in situations when you shouldn't do so?

Let me tell you something. When I was 9 (or 8, something there) I did try this and it DID hurt like hell. I also found it s cool thing to do or something. Well, it is not. My glans is not too sensitive anymore, and the only -- ONLY -- time I /cannot/ touch it is right after ejaculation. The other times I can rub it even with a badly lubed hand (thin layer of saliva). It's /that/ insensitive. And after being in this situation for a 4 or so years, I must say I'd prefer to have a bit more sensitivity there. It doesn't matter muchly anymore, whether I keep it covered, it won't get way more sensitive.

If you want to lose all the sensitivity fast, keep on rubbing it to your clothes and it'll eventually get used to it and you'll end up in my situation. Whatever floats your boat.

>When I masturbate, I am able to pull the foreskin back and forth, however am NOT able to touch the glans.

Do you /need/ to? That's how tightly cut people masturbate actually; lube it up and rub the glans.

>Getting in the shower and letting water drop onto the glans even hurts too!

Lessen the power of the water stream, and make sure they form one big stream rather than many tiny ones.

>A worried styudent in England!!!

Don't worry. Calm down first and rest a bit. You might also want to lay off of rubbing the freshly exposed glans for a while as it can be that it's inflamed a bit from your actions. Let it rest, then expose it to the air often but do not rub it to clothes.
