>Hey all,
>Well, I guess I am paranoid thats all! Being a gay man who is exposed to lots of concerns about the penis, I hope you can understand my anxiety.

Problem is, soon I won't be able to understand it :P

>I have seen many porn films, with the guys touching their glans, stroking and caressing them, and this for me is just food for thought, and fear that it is never going to be a reality.

For the love of Dragons, Rich... Porn films are not reality!

>I CAN'T even pluck up the courage to get a blow job, and I'm sure you will understand that at the age of 24, having not experienced this, you will understand my concerns.

I never had any till I met my mate at like 19 1/2 years of age, who was British AND had (still has) a slightly tight foreskin, can't bear to touch his own glans with his fingers but me giving him a blowjob wasn't /at all/ a problem for him if I went gently. Believe me, you're seeing ghosts or something. There is /nothing/ to be afraid of; just cool down, lay off of watching porn films for a while (or at least try and get your hands on European porn or at least something where they have their whole equipment), leave your cock alone for a week or two (/not/ impossible) and then start exposing it to air, and we'll see what else we can think up.

>The truth of the matter is that I am totally and utterly petrified that full sex is never going to happen, unless I have some kind of surgery!

Sorry, man, but that's bullshite.

>I can't (as you can probably imagine) even pluck up the courage to go to my doctors, for fear of shame, or being addressed with a puzzled look.

Obviously, if you go and tell them you can't touch your glans and /therefore/ you want to have it permanently exposed and being touched by your clothes all the time --- that would sure as hell make one give you a puzzled look. Am I being illogical here?

>Will I have to have surgery, or DO men suffer from not being at all able to touch their glans?

No. We've been telling you that by time (and I mean from some several months to a year or so) it will get more used to the outside world. You don't need to panic about it. Honestly, it doesn't matter much that if you didn't get leid for 24 years and you don't get laid in the next 1.5 while you get accustomed. And there is still the chance you would take the other's cock ;] Or, as it happened to my ex, he could be taken, despite him being very sensitive there back then.

>Can anyone refer me to someone who could give some free advice over the internet, ie a penis specialist or something? I am just so worried.

Aren't we /bombing/ you with advices since you came here? Gods, even AJ gave you some good bits of thought.

>Many thanks,
>Rich - UK

As I say, no need to panic.
