Oh, I think it would be more accurate to call it peevishness over your impatience. Building good thing stakes time. You can deaden it very quickly if you choose, but that's probably going to be forever. Nobody thinks you want that. Just take it slow and easy - retract when you pee (it gives gentle exposure and is neater that way), and use the natural lubrication of the foreskin's rolling double-layers when you masturbate (that's a two-fer - you get stretching and gentle glans exposure at the same time). If you have a parner, let him help you from his experience. If he won't treat your sensitive bits gently, you need to 'kick him to the curb' anyway (for non-Americans, that's a black American phrase meaning to get rid of someone the way you would the rest of the trash).
